This program was created to do three important things:

Instead of one-off shoutouts or last-minute promotions, this initiative allows us to thoughtfully highlight professionals we genuinely trust in a way that feels intentional, educational, and valuable.

The 2026 Vendor Co-Branded Marketing Program is carefully structured to ensure consistency, quality, and impact throughout the year.


Program details include:

  • 12 vetted vendor partners

  • 1 featured vendor per month

  • 1 primary promotional theme per vendor

  • Multi-channel distribution across:

    • Email marketing

    • Social media

    • Blog features

    • Light paid ads (when applicable)

    • Printed marketing collateral


All promotional assets are created and scheduled 30–60 days in advance, allowing for thoughtful messaging and professional execution.


Our Core Outcome


Each month, one vendor will be highlighted through a single, focused co-branded promotion designed to educate our audience while showcasing that partner’s expertise.

The goal is simple: one meaningful, well-planned feature per month that benefits our audience, supports our partners, and aligns naturally with homeownership, real estate, and lifestyle needs.


How We Manage the Program


To keep everything running smoothly, our admin team serves as the program manager for this initiative.


Responsibilities include:

  1. Vendor outreach and follow-ups

  2. Collecting all required assets and promotional details

  3. Organizing materials in shared folders

  4. Creating internal briefs for marketing execution

  5. Ensuring everything is finalized before the promo month begins
